At Plantas Kids, your child’s comfort and your peace of mind come first.
While we do not offer returns, we’re always happy to help with an exchange if something isn’t quite right.

Packages are not allowed to be opened 

 Exchange Window

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in their original condition and packaging
  • Have all tags attached

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Baby essentials
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Socks
  • Gift boxes
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Our Responsibility

If the issue is on our side such as:

  • Wrong size sent
  • Incorrect item
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Missing item

We will fully cover the exchange shipping costs and make it right as quickly as possible.

 Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior exchange request will not be accepted.
  • Orders must be paid in full before delivery. Opening the package before payment is not allowed.
  • Order cancellations must be made before shipment. After shipment, delivery and return shipping costs apply.
