Shipping policy

Home Delivery

• • To ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition, shipments cannot be opened until full payment is completed. If there is any manufacturing defect, we will arrange for collection or replacement at no additional shipping cost.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM on weekdays will be delivered within 24–48 business hours in Cairo and Giza.
  • For all other governorates, delivery will be completed within 3–5 business days.
  • Free shipping for orders above 1000 EGP.
  • Orders are delivered from Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

  
  

Payment & Delivery Conditions

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) with no additional fees.

• Please note: Delivery agents are not permitted to open the shipment before full payment is received.

• To avoid any delay, kindly ensure your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate.

• Credit Card Payments We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party, and goods are dispatched once authorization has been obtained.
  
  

Order Tracking & Address Changes

• Once your order is confirmed and processed by the courier, we will provide you with a tracking number to follow your shipment online.

• Additional delivery fees may apply if the order has already been processed.
